Terms of Service

General Terms
- I have the right to refuse any order for any reason.
- These prices are for non-commercial use!
- You will get 2 rounds of revision. Further revisions will be charged.
- Drawings will be done in my style. Please don't ask me to imitate other artist's artstyle ^^"
- Commissioner is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
- If you cancel your commission before I started working on it, you will get a full refund
- If for any reason, I am unable to finish your commission, you will get a full refund.
- Do not request a paypal chargeback, I will transfer the money back to you myself.

Payment
- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split (50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval).
- Payment will be done in USD through paypal invoice with fees and tax included. Refer to this link for fee and tax rate.

Process and Delivery
- The time it takes to finish your order varies from 2-7 weeks depending on the complexity and your turn in the list.
- Once done, you will receive the full-resolution image (both watermarked and non-watermarked). Please note that there is no physical product.

Copyright and Usage
I, Mieu:
- Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- Have the right to post the commissioned artwork online.You, the commissioner:
- May upload the commissioned artwork online.
- You may not make profit over the commissioned work.
